Having trouble with the patient portal?

1. Make sure your name and date of birth is the same as listed on your insurance card and profile.
2. You can only access the patient portal when your provider invites you via an email link. Confirm with your provider’s office if they have the correct email address.

Do you have the COVID vaccine and when will you be administering it?

We are in the process of obtaining COVID vaccines for our patients. Please check back on our website for updates on availability.

Do you have same day appointments?

Yes, most of our providers offer same day appointments for our patients needing immediate medical attention.
